I am the owner and founder of Type A Training in New York City.
Type A Training was written up in New York Magazine’s Best of the year in 2005 and Time Out NY also in 2005.
I ran the NYC Marathon in 2005, 2008 and plan to run again in 2009 (My fastest is 4:11 – My goal is to get 3:45 in 2009)
